§ 106-497. Improvement fund charges.

After October 1, 1994, a charge of $0.043 per 100 cubic feet of water and $0.043 per 100 cubic feet of sewage shall be set aside for the specific purpose of capital improvements to the system. All such monies set aside shall be deposited in the city capital improvement funds and shall not be used for any purpose except by authority of the YCUA board of commissioners, with the recommendation of the city council.
