§ 10-251. Definitions.

The following word when used in this article shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Event means any festival, or other specially scheduled activity which is not of a frequent and permanent nature and is open to the public, including, but not limited to, a sale, bazaar, balloon rides, block party, fun run, walk-a-thon and other such similar activities.
