§ 2-3. City departments.

The following named departments are hereby authorized and established in addition to those departments specifically mentioned in the city Charter:

Building department.

(2)

Department of public works.

(3)

Finance department.

(4)

Fire department.

(5)

Human resources department.

(6)

Parks and recreation department.

(7)

Planning and development department.

(8)

Police department.
