§ 2-348. Amount of living wage.

(a)

Living wage shall be calculated using the Washtenaw County Living Wage Ordinance by the city manager every two years to establish the hourly rates with and without healthcare for the next fiscal year.

(b)

Written proof of health care shall be furnished to the city personnel department prior to acceptance of any financial benefit from the city.

(c)

Any person receiving financial benefits from the city shall notify the personnel department in writing immediately of any stoppage of the furnishing of health care benefits.
