§ 2-353. Review.

(a)

The city manager shall report to city council on the effects of this division annually.

(b)

This division and the living wage shall be reviewed by city council on or before March 1, 2001, and every two years thereafter.

(c)

In the event there is an adjustment to the living wage, the city manager shall notify all persons shown on the current living wage list of the change by first class mail not later than 30 days after the adjustment becomes effective.
