§ 30-71. Amendment to the tax increment financing and development plan approved.

Latest version.

The amended tax increment financing and development plan as prepared by the city depot town downtown development authority, with amended district boundaries, under the authority of Act No. 197 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1975, as amended, is hereby approved by the city council.
