§ 46-96. Conflict of interest prohibited.

(a)

No city officer or employee shall be a party, directly or indirectly, to any contract with the city, except as provided by this article.

(b)

This section shall not prevent the renewal or renegotiation of an employment or independent contractor contract with a city officer or employee.

(c)

This section shall not prevent collective bargaining or contracts with any bona fide union.
