All fines and other monies paid to the city under this chapter must be remitted to
the city clerk. For any judgment signed by an administrative hearings officer, the
city clerk must accept as full payment of the fines and other monies owed an amount
less than the judgment amount, if city council by resolution has set the an amount
which may be subtracted from the judgment if the fines and other monies owing on the
judgment are paid in full within 30 days, and the respondent pays the judgment in
full, less that subtraction, within the 30 days.
